Our weekly sessions are designed for young players aged 7–17 who want to improve their basketball skills in a positive, structured environment. All ability levels are welcome. Whether your child is new to the game or already playing competitively, the training is adapted to meet them where they are.
Who are these sessions for?

Each session runs for one hour, with a mix of skill development, decision‑making drills, and game‑based learning. The younger group begins at 4:30pm while the older group begins at 5:30pm.
How long is each session?

Players should bring comfortable sports clothing, runners or basketball shoes, a bottle of water, and (if they have one) their own basketball. However, all other equipment is provided.
What should my child bring?

Parents do not need to stay, but they are welcome to watch if they’d like. All sessions are supervised by a qualified coach, and safety is always the top priority.
Do parents need to stay during the session?

Photos and videos may be taken for coaching review or social media. Parents give consent through the waiver form, and anyone who prefers not to be included can opt out at any time.
Is filming or photography used during sessions?

FormFirstBasketballAcademy is generally located in Westmeath. Group sessions take place at Multyfarnham Community Hall at 4:30-6:30pm every monday. 1 on 1 Sessions are held at my home, location to be given upon booking.
